Website privacy
Your information matters.
How this website handles consultation requests and the information you choose to share.
Information you provide.
The consultation form collects your name, email address, phone number if provided, preferred contact method, type of legal matter, a brief description if you choose “Other,” county if provided, upcoming court date if provided, and an optional message. It also records your acknowledgment of the form notice and the submission time.
Share only enough information to request a conversation. Do not submit medical records, identity documents, account numbers, evidence, or other highly sensitive information through this form.
How inquiries are handled.
Form information is sent by email to the designated inquiry recipient so your request can be reviewed, potential conflicts considered, and a response arranged. Authorized website support personnel may have access to inquiries during website setup and maintenance. Hosting and email providers process information needed to operate these services.
Submitting a form does not establish an attorney-client relationship or confirm that the firm can represent you. Contact the firm by telephone about an urgent matter.
Technical information and browser storage.
Hosting services may record technical information such as an IP address, browser details, requested pages, and access times in server logs. The contact form uses a session cookie to verify its spam-check question and limit repeated submissions. The spam check runs on this website’s server without an external CAPTCHA provider. The website stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage.
This version of the website does not include advertising trackers or third-party analytics scripts. If those services are added, this policy should be updated to describe their use.
Storage and security.
Inquiry emails may remain in the designated inbox and related backups. The website itself does not create a separate database of form submissions. Information may need to be retained for responding to inquiries, recordkeeping, security, or legal and professional obligations.
No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Ask the firm how to share detailed or sensitive materials after your initial contact.
External links.
Links to Google Maps and other websites open services with their own privacy practices. Review those services’ policies before sharing information with them.
Questions and requests.
Call or write to the office address above with a privacy question or a request to correct or delete information you submitted. The firm will consider the request in light of applicable legal, professional, and recordkeeping obligations.
